Class Descriptions:

Step - This workout will improve your cardio fitness by keeping your heart rate consistently
elevated with easy to follow choreography. (Beginner and Intermediate)

Hip Hop Hustle - This class combines high energy, motivating music with unique moves and combinations that allow the Hustle participants to dance away their worries. (ALL levels)

Weights - This class utilizes weights and bands for resistance. Strength training is an important fitness component that will help increase muscle which burns calories throughout the day. (ALL levels)

Toning - This class utiliizes the stability ball, medicine ball, balance cushion, or gliders for
a total body workout. Different equipment each week for added variety. (Beginners and Intermediate)

Turbo Kick - A combination of intense kickboxing and dance moves. It is the ultimate cardio challenge!

Body Bar Strength Class - A strength class that utilizes a weighted bar to work all the major muscles.
